Before designing visual identities, I spent years working in the logistics sector. My daily job was to take complex systems, eliminate chaos, optimize workflows, and ensure value reached its destination without a hitch. In that world, there is no room for aesthetics without purpose: everything must have a function and a rigorous order.

That's where I learned to think in systems. To solve complex problems. To manage processes with pinpoint precision.

When I transitioned into brand design, I didn't leave that mindset behind. I brought it with me — and it became my competitive advantage.

While most designers ask "what looks good?", I ask "what is the exact perception gap between this expert's real competence and what their brand is currently communicating — and how do we close it strategically?"
